In order to provide a consistent and centralised approach to the
provision of technical support within the organisation, IT support
for London is now provided by the National IT Support Team.
From Tuesday 08:00 24th April 2012, requests for IT support for London
can no longer be logged via the London IT HelpDesk website and must
not be made via the itadmins@vslondon.org email address.
From this date, all requests for support must be made via the National
Centre IT Service Desk in one of two ways;
• Call the National IT Service Desk on 0845 673 3323
• Email the National IT Service Desk on
itsupport@victimsupport.org.uk
Your request will then either be dealt with directly, or escalated
as required.
Any open requests on the LondonIT Helpdesk website on the 24th April 2012,
were migrated to the National IT Service Desk system and will be handled
from there.
